خلاصه مقاله:
In this article structure of demultiplexer for arrayed grating of AWG is introduced. Then we consider sub system of AWG which include star coupler and arrayed grating. In next step we design an AWG by using software photonics cad rsoft and characteristics of it will be considered. Band arrayed waveguide enteral equals 1550.3 and distance of channel equals 1.6 nm. At last,with regard to,linear depended was length of material help to arrayed wave guide and cause the efficiency of it.
