As Quercus spices sites in North and western of Iran are degrading, it is necessary to determine genetic variation and recognize ecological morphological, organogenesis and protein content requirements for better conservation and management.For investigating geographical variation of Quercus based on leaves morphology, two Quercus populations of the species were sampled.Methods: Leaves samples were collected from middle crown early October. For two spices twenty leaves were selected randomly for detail studies and Protein contents were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed.
