To analyze the effect of adding randomizer solvent on styrene participation in reaction during polymerization period in an organic solvent, kinetic data are estimated and obtained from individual solvents experimental data which are reported in literature. Aspen Plus commercial software is used as simulation tool and sensitivity analyzes were employed to track monomers conversion factor. The results show simulation data match experimental data pretty fine, and adding THF caused a jump in monomers reactivity ratios, 15.1 to 1.04 for butadiene and 0.025 to 0.9 for styrene, which is calculated from simulation data.
