Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a well-known building block of different biomedical structures such as drug delivering micelles and hydrogel scaffolds for soft tissue regeneration. Controlled biodegradation in response to endogenous stimulus such as acidic pH and reductive conditions is required for such applications. Here, we have synthesized PEG macromeres which are able to construct the dually degradable structures such as hydrogels
