خلاصه مقاله:
Some plants such as corn are sensitive to nutrient element deficiency. Also, consumers such as human show disease or symptom of deficiency as affected by it.Calcareous formations and low soil organic carbon induced low Zn concentration and high phytic acid to zinc ratio in consumed plants and human nutrition materials. Zinc is essential in minor amounts for human body, but have major role in vital activities. Zinc role is asstructures membranes maintenance and nervous systems construction. Zinc deficiency has a main role in growth and immune system decline. Therefore, added zinc components (especially zinc sulphate) to soil cause to increasing zinc concentration in plants and human nutrient materials. For these reasons, several experiments were performed to increasing Zn in soil and plants. In case of wheat, treatments of control (without application of zinc sulphate)and soil application of 40 kg/ha of zinc sulphate were conducted as complete randomized block design. Results indicated that Zn concentration in wheat grain was from 21.3 mg/kg in control treatment to 30.7 mg/kg in treatment of soil application of 40 kg/ha. In case of Corn, treatments of control, soil application of 75, 56 and 37.5 kg/ha were conducted as complete randomized block design. Result indicated that increase of zinc concentration in treatment of soil application of 75 kg/ha in comparison with control was 21%.
