خلاصه مقاله:
In the present study, PP/Nanosilver thin film nanocomposites were successfully prepared by melting method to utilize as antibacterial materials. The antibacterial effect of nanosilver in nanocomposites were evaluated after certain contact time and calculated by reduction percent of two kinds of bacteria i.e Staphylocous aureus and Klebsiela pneumonia. The antibacterial results showed that PP/Nanosilver nanocomposites have excellent antibacterial effect. The XRD results also indicated that crystallinity of polymeric matrix was slightly decreased by increasing the amount of nanosilver, added into the nanocomposite. The SEM micrographs show nearly good dispersion of nanosilver particles with little aggregation in the polymeric matrix.
