Abstract:

Project health monitoring in life project of civil infrastructure project improve the performance significantly and empower construction companies and prevent the waste of time and cost through understanding the needs and wants of the addressees. Objective: The present research study sample is 75 construction companies in Tehran in 2013 which considers three dimensions of organization strategies, organization communication and the resources of organization and the nine measures merit cost management, quality management, risk management, human resource management, supply chain management, claim management, scheduling management, knowledge management and safety management to evaluate organization marketing merits on the success of development programs in project life cycle. Results: The results of the dimensions and indices of organizational marketing merits showed that organizational strategies, organizational communications and organizational resources and merits had a direct and meaningful relationship with organizational marketing merits. Also, the results of successful project management showed that cost management, quality management, risk management, human resource management, supply chain management, claim management, scheduling management, knowledge management and safety management had direct and meaningful relationship with the success of the project management.
