Now that the importance of citizens is perceived as one of the most important sources of the organization, their behavior can be regarded as very important and because many researchers have analyzed the behavioral citizenship, in general citizenship behavior is a valuable and good behavior. That individuals appear to be voluntarily and voluntarily. In this way, it is very important and necessary to study and study the behavior of individuals in the organization who are known for organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship can be reflected Of the personality of the people. Personality leads to organizational citizenship behavior. Employees with special personality characteristics are more likely to participate in extra-curricular or transactional behaviors and activities. Personality can make the organization s general atmosphere a source of citizenship behavior.The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality and organizational citizenship. The present research is descriptive and applied, and the statistical population of the staff of the Municipality s Deputy Directorate for Financial Assistance (General Directorate of Human Resources - General Directorate of Recognition and Income Recovery - General Affairs Office) is using the A sample of 100 people is selected from the Cochran formula and selected by simple random sampling.Organizational Behavior Behavioral abstinence and self-management behaviors that put employees in a position to voluntarily outperform their job expectations and job descriptions. In this regard, the personality of the staff of the organization has a significant role in the behavior of the organization. The present research examines the correlation between personality and its dimensions with organizational behavior. In order to measure organizational citizenship behavior, a questionnaire 32 questions (Majidi 8311) and a questionnaire (Majidi 8311) will be used to characterize the personality, hence their relationship with the Pearson test and the results of the research will show that the relationship The distinction between personality and its five dimensions (conscientiousness, agreement spirit and extroversion, experience and emotional stability) is significant with organizational citizenship behavior.Experience has shown that in an organization which has a stronger solidarity with the component of organizational citizenship behavior than other dimensions of emotional stability and emotional stability among the dimensions of personality, conscience, morale, and consistency, it will have better performance.
