Prioritization of High Technology Projects by using Fuzzy AHP technique

high technologies play a major role in all dimensions of human life and are newly emerging and since there are ambiguities and uncertainties in the implementation environments of these project, it is necessary to value projects based on these technologies and make decisions on the selection of these projects based on their risks, durations, costs and revenues as well as more certain, inclusive, and effective criteria. Reviewing the literature and research background, high technology prioritize projects on the basis of human capital, innovation, achievement of business plans, economic performance, the level of national and influence competitive advantage, quality, demand, reliability and strategic plans and projects costs was considered, and the problem was solved using the analytic hierarchy process. , the projects were prioritized, and the first and second priority projects were implemented for the first and second projects, respectively, and the final score of the subsequent projects was assigned in the next priority.
