چکیده مقاله:

Biotechnology is a combination of biology and technology with very complex relationships. In fact, biotechnology is a set of methods and procedures applied to produce and modify products, especially plants and animals, and to produce specific microorganisms for particular applications and purposes that use living and useful organisms. Pharmaceutical biotechnology is one most important field of biotechnology that its importance and application for to human life becomes more visible increasingly. It this completely novel study, we introduced novel model and design for improvement of fermentation processes and bioreactors of production of biotechnological drugs. It this approach, we proposed the use of zeolites and bioreactors model based on combination of ultrasonic probe and ultrasonic bath technologies. Zeolites are compounds that have unique and surprisingly physical, chemical and structural properties that these properties have led to their application in various industries. Sonochemistry is a new field in modern chemistry science. In ultrasonic, by converting an electric current into mechanical vibration and entering to the solution, it can lead to greater homogeneity and uniformity of media. Ultrasonic as a new technology that its role and application in improving the quality of processes and products is very important and undeniable. This technology is clean and environmental friendly. Also we introduced excellent solutions for increasing corrosion resistance of ultrasonic bioreactors, desirable and effectively
