چکیده مقاله:

سابقه و هدف: پتاسیم فراوان ترین عنصر غذایی پرنیاز در 15 سانتی متری لایه سطحی خاک است. میکاها، فلدسپارهای پتاسیم دار و ورمی کولیت ها سه گروه مهم از کانی های پتاسیم دار می باشند. ریزجانداران خاک نقش مهمی در چرخه طبیعی پتاسیم دارند، در نتیجه آنها می توانند به عنوان یک فناوری مکمل در بهبود جذب پتاسیم خاک توسط گیاه مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. کانی میکایی گلاکونیت به-عنوان یکی از منابع کودی پتاسیم مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش مطالعه تاثیر تلقیح باکتری حل کننده پتاسیم با شیل گلاکونیت دار بومی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم دیم در شرایط مزرعه ای بود.مواد و روش ها: پس از جداسازی و خالص سازی جدایه ها، سنجش شاخص های محرک رشدی انجام شد. براساس توانمندی حل-کنندگی پتاسیم جدایه مورد نظر برای استفاده در آزمون مزرعه ای انتخاب و به کمک آزمون 16S rRNA شناسایی گردید. کانی گلاکونیت از حوالی روستای آق تقه در بخش مراوه تپه استان گلستان جمع آوری و به آزمایشگاه بیولوژی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان انتقال داده شد. پس از خردایش، ذرات شیل گلاکونیت دار از الک 60 مش عبور داده شد. مطالعات XRD وXRF برروی کانی گلاکونیت خرد شده انجام گرفت. این پژوهش در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با نه تیمار شامل: 1- تیمار شاهد 2- تیمار تلقیح باکتری+ گلاکونیت 3- تیمار تلقیح باکتری+ گلاکونیت+ مواد آلی 4- تیمار تلقیح باکتری+ مواد آلی 5- تیمار گلاکونیت+ مواد آلی 6- تیمار گلاکونیت 7– تیمار کود سولفات پتاسیم 8 - تیمار باکتری 9 - تیمار مواد آلی، در سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1395-1394در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان برروی گندم رقم کریم در شرایط دیم انجام گرفت. صفات اندازه گیری شده مزرعه ای شامل عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم بود. یافته ها: آزمایشات مربوط به آنالیز ترکیب شیمیایی کانی گلاکونیت نشان داد که این کانی حاوی اکسید پتاسیم (2/3 درصد)، آهن و سایر عناصر ریزمغذی است که می تواند مورد استفاده گیاه واقع شود. براساس نتایج این پژوهش تیمار های آزمایشی اثر معنی داری (P<0.01) بر عملکرد دانه، عملکرد کاه و کلش و همچنین اجزای عملکرد دانه گندم داشتند. به طوری که بیشترین مقدار برای تعداد خوشه در متر مربع، تعداد دانه در خوشه، تعداد سنبلچه در خوشه، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه (5650 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و عملکرد کاه و کلش (9826 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار ترکیبی گلاکونیت، ماده آلی و باکتری مشاهده شد و کمترین مقدار برای این صفات در تیمار شاهد (3687 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بدست آمد. پس از تیمار ترکیبی گلاکونیت، ماده آلی و باکتری، تیمار های ترکیبی دو تایی نیز دارای اجزای عملکرد و عملکرد دانه بالاتری نسبت به تیمار های تنهایی خود بودند، همچنین نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که در تیمار-های ترکیبی میزان جذب پتاسیم در دانه و کاه (67/133 و 27/ 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به طور معنی داری از سایر تیمار ها بیشتر بود که این حاکی از آن است که گلاکونیت، ماده آلی و باکتری با اثر هم آفزایی که روی یکدیگر گذاشته و باعث افزایش میزان جذب در گندم شدند و بنابراین کانی گلاگونیت توانست در تامین پتاسیم گیاه موثر باشد و باعث افزایش عملکرد گندم شود. نتیجه گیری: تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگین ها نشان داد که تیمار ترکیبی مواد آلی- گلاکونیت- باکتری در مقایسه با کود سولفات پتاسیم باعث افزایش معنی دار عملکرد در سطح یک درصد نسبت به سایر تیمارها دارد. این بررسی نشان دهنده تاثیر قابل توجه باکتری-های حل کننده پتاسیم بر شیل گلاکونیت دار بومی در تامین پتاسیم برای گیاه است و کانی گلاکونیت به تنهایی و یا همراه با تلقیح باکتریایی و مواد آلی توان آزادسازی پتاسیم را دارا بوده و می تواند به عنوان کود پتاسه بخشی از نیاز پتاسیمی گیاه را تامین نماید.
