چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between life meaningfulness, spiritual well-being and resilience In cancer women with methamphetamine dependence.Methods : The statistical population of this study includes cancer women with methamphetamine dependence in kermanshah. The sample consisted of 300 people selected through cluster sampling. The research tool includes the Mills Meaning in Life Scale, Ellison & Palutzin Spiritual Health Scale, Canner & Davidson Resilience Scale and SCL 25 Questionnaire.Results : The results show that there is relationship between variables including meaning of life, spiritual health and resilience and mental health of patients.Conclusion : The results showed that the meaningfulness of life and spiritual well-being and resilient had a negative and significant relationship with mental disorders. Indicators of meaning of life and spiritual health cannot be a significant predictor of mental disorders. Resilience is a negative and significant predictor of mental disorders. The outlooks, values and goals of the component of the meaning of life can increase the resilience and thus reduce mental disorders and increase mental health
