Background: Although the importance of diagnosis and prognosis of perfusion impairment is confirmed but electrocardiogram variability during dypridamole stress myocardial perfusion imaging is not defined well. The ischemic markers in EKG during dypridamole and adenosin stress myocardial perfusion imaging is specific for CAD. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic marker of ischemia in EKG during pharmacological stress test.Methods: This was an analytic cross-sectional study; the sample population were 609 patients who were referred to Shahid Sadoughi Nuclear medicine imaging center for pharmacological stress myocardial perfusion scan. The ischemic marker in EKG also were evaluated. The patients with positive MPI were followed by angiography and patients without positive MPI were followed up for six months. All of statistical analysis were done by spss-19.Findings: totally 609 patients were studied and 39.2% of participants were male and 60.8% were female. The mean age of participants was 58.68±11.36 years old. This study findings showed that bradycardia, ST elevation and depression more than 1mm, long QT, invesion T wave, AV block were assosiated with ischemic degree.Conclusion: These study findings showed that the ischemic markers in EKG can be used as prognostic factor in predicting the ischemic degree.
