Necessity Venous leg ulcer is one of the most common vascular diseases in the world due to dilated veins caused by dysfunction of pigeon nest valves in. Iran Accurate statistics on incidence and prevalence of venous leg ulcer are not available but according to incidence statistics Venus Legs Ulcer has been reported in the United States of about 2.5 million patients per year, but has a significant impact on patients quality of life due to movement problems and reduced productivity. According to global statistics from all 10 adults(over 40 years) three people are get varicose veins during their life and due to the complications ofvaricoseveins including pain, leg pain , restlessness, swelling, fatigue, heaviness in the legs, varicose eczema, superficial and deep thrombosis, hyper pigmentation, lipodermosclerosis, and ultimately the development of refractory ulcers in the late stages as well as the lack of awareness of the wound therapists We had to provide a 0-to-100 operating protocol in the treatment of venus leg ulcer based on functional questionnaires. This protocol is based on numerous researches in the world and numerous articles on varicose vein ulcer treatment. In this protocol primary assessment (the biography ,clinical examination), the risk factor assessment and associated diseases, primary therapy plan, further diagnostic studies, prevention methods, wound treatments (main treatments and supplements) and secondary treatment evaluation (two weeks after the onset of treatment and then every two weeks) will be performedAbstractThese protocols include respectively:Initial evaluation:Initial evaluation emphasizes current and past medical history of the patient as well as clinical evaluation of the wound, involved organ, and related clinical examination.DiagnosisBased on clinical examinations and past and present patient evaluations, the initial diagnosis is made, and the primary treatment plan is established and after further diagnostic evaluations (if necessary) as well as secondary evaluation, a specific treatment plan will be established.Treatment planFinally, treatment plan will be based on performed numerous studies and on the main treatment (compression therapy, vein surgery, sclerotherapy, infection control, wet dressing, amniotic membrane graft, PRP, etc.) and complementary therapy (low power laser, ozone, Carboxy, Ultrasound, PHMB, Hyperbaric Oxygen, etc) and will emphasis on teamwork to reduce and eliminate risk factors and underlying factors.Prospects of the future venous wounds:Due to poor response to treatment for varicose veins and the multifactorial cause of the wound, as well as the need for underlying factor treatment and reducing risk factors, varicose vein treatment is a team work treatment and needs trained people in this area to reduce treatment error and reach The maximum efficacy of treatment in minimal healing time. The future of wound healing in varicose veins is a combination of many variables (based on response to treatment) and single-brand and one-dimensional treatment based on focusing without Removing the underlying factors will not work. This protocol emphasizes the need for team work and multidisciplinary wound healing، treatment planning based on accurate diagnosis of the cause of the wound، elimination or reduction of the underlying factor and patient education to prevent recurrence of the wound or to create a new wound. There will be a special protocol for the treatment of venous wounds in the future with the team, as well as the use of combination therapies where therapists have a choice based on the patient s wound and financial condition.
