Never Event in management of diabetic foot ulcer

Considering the importance of the early intervention and management of treatment of diabetic wounds, especially by physicians and caregivers of the first and second line of treatment, it is necessary to review some misdiagnosis and mismanagements in the patients referred with foot ulcer that lead to unintended and imminent injury to patients. Drawing the right route can reduce the side effects of partial and sometimes harmful treatments in diabetic patients, especially those with many internal organs who are vulnerable and any inappropriate treatment can lead to irreversible cardiovascular complications
