Counterproductive behavior of employees is becoming an alarming problem in today’s business field. The increasing rate of CWB has a great impact on the financial stability of an organization. The paper will further discuss about the influence of ethical leadership and workplace spirituality in reducing counterproductive behaviours at workplace.Ethical leaders who have high spiritual values have higher tendency to improve the organizations performance.
