چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the factors affecting the performance of agents (administrators of offices) of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization of Shiraz City. The study population consists of the offices of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Shiraz, which included 80 offices based on the census. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy analysis was used to analyze the data and rank the factors affecting the performance of organizational managers. The results of the research showed that among the four main criteria of the research, the financial criterion was ranked first with a weight of 0.656, the growth and learning criterion had the second rank with a weight of 0.188, pilgrims had the third rank with a weight of 0.092, and finally internal processes was ranked the last with a weight of 0.065. Among the sub-criteria of the research, the profitability criterion had the highest impact with a weight of 0.348. Both internal investment in research and development and operational efficiency improvement were ranked the second with a weight of 0.154. The third rank goes to the creation of satisfaction and commitment in the staff with a weight of 0.070. On the other hand, the reduction of the response time to the pilgrims and the improvement of processes and activities were ranked the last with a weight of 0.005 and 0.003 respectively
