چکیده مقاله:

هدف ازانجام این مطاله بررسی تاثیرفناوری اطلاعات برساختارسازمانی وعملکردشرکت می باشد.دراین مطالعه از رویکردی علمی –همبستگی وبرمبنای نتایج مطالعات گذشته برای تعیین روابط علت ومعلولی میان فناوری اطلاعات، ساختارسازماین وعملکردشرکت استفاده خواهدشد.بدین منظور مدلی شامل این سازه طراحی شده وبااستفاده ازمدلسازی معادلات ساختاری موردآزمون قرارگرفت.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران اجرایی وعملیاتی ومتخصصان شرکت سایپا درشهرتهران بوده است.بدین منظور مطالعه ای میدانی انجام وپرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته برای پاسخ دهندگان ارسال گردید. جمع آوری نمونه ها بااستفاده ازروش نمونه گیری خوشه ای می باشد.نتایج نشان می دهدک فناوری اطلاعات تاثیرمسقتیم وغیرمستقیمی برعملکرد شرکت دارد.ساختارسازمانی تاثیرمستقیمی برعملکردشرکت سایپاداشتو به علاوه ، یافته ها حاکی ازآن بودکه فناوری اطلاعات تاثیرمستقیمی برساختارسازمانی این شرکت دارد.
