چکیده مقاله:

One of the modern views in performance measurement is balanced score card (BSC) that has had the greatest success and Many successful organizations have used this method. BSC was introduced by Kaplan and Norton and strongly considers the strategy of the organization. BSC has four different perspectives that could be changed if necessary. These include the followings: 1- Learning and grow, 2- Internal process, 3- Customer satisfaction, 4- financial. These four perspectives have a cause and effect relationship between each other and some key performance indicators (KPI) have been determined for each perspective. These indicators also could assess the planning strategy of the organization; therefore it is capable to determine the stations of organization performance. In this research, using library resources to review the literature and past researches (Fully) paid for and after critically reviewing past researches, current research gaps were investigated. Then, by interviews from executive experts in Shiraz Post Stations, the vision, mission and strategy was formulated. Finally, from the strategic themes balanced scorecard was designed. Next, by using the field and the written reports, data collection was done. Then, by using a decision technique called TOPSIS, analysis and ranking was done.
