Diagnosis one case of fungal Keratitis and treatment

Fungal keratitis is a serious disease which can cause blindness. This article introduces a case of fungal keratitis and diagnosis based on pathological examinations and successful treatment with corneal transplantation.Patient introduction The patient is a 45-year-old man and a trailer driver who referred to the Alavi educational center of Tabriz University with severe pain complaints, photo-phobia, redness of eyes and water from the left eye.
