چکیده مقاله:

Background: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is one of the most common skin tumors. The actinic keratosis and Bowen’s disease are also considered to be pre-malignant lesions. Thesimultaneous occurrence of these lesions is rare. In this article, we present a case of multiple skin BCC, actinic keratosis and Bowen’s disease.Case Report: Histologic examination of biopsied multiple skin lesions on right and leftsided of forehead, right and left-sided genitalia, trunk and left buttock of a 67-year-oldwoman revealed different histologic subtypes of BCC, actinic keratosis and Bowen disease. Conclusion: The occurrence of multiple cancerous and pre-cancerous lesions in oneperson may suggest common etiopathogenesis, such as contact with sunlight, immune suppression, dietary habits, environmental factors such as contact with arsenic and other non-melanoma tumors with time. Regular follow up is recommended for early diagnosis and treatment of new lesions.
