چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in reducing the sexual dysfunction of women who were sexually abused during their childhood. The pre-test and post-test experimental method was applied for the purpose of the research. Independent hypnosis variable was applied only in the experimental group and its effect on post test scores of the experimental group was compared to that of the control group. The statistical population of the study included all married women who were sexually abused and referred to a gynecologist due to pain in their sexual function in Tehran in 1397. In this study, A sample of 14 individuals was selected being classified randomly (drawn randomly) in two experimental and control groups (7 in each group). The subjects in the experimental group were hypnotized for 4 sessions, while the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the post-test phase. The experimental group under hypnotherapy was hypnotized by the Kyason method. The results showed that hypnosis resulted in reducing the sexual dysfunction of women who were sexually abused during their childhood. Since relaxation is one of the main techniques of hypnosis reducing the amount of respiration started, helps the person control his muscle tension. It also leads to the coordination of physiological changes, including reducing oxygen consumption and increasing carbon dioxide removal, reducing heart rate and blood pressure, reducing energy consumption and muscle contraction, and, consequently, reducing individual stress. These changes are due to a general decrease in the activity of the device Sympathetic nerve created. In hypnosis, those who are more hypnotized will respond more to pain relievers. In fact, in hypnosis, it is similar to the focus attention technique in cognitive-behavioral therapy, in which the attention of the person is distractedfrom the position of pain to other topics which in turn causes the pain to be less perceptible. Hypnosis often creates a situation that reduces attention to internal imagination and lessensthe environmental stimuli. For example, when people become hypnotized, they may feel positive illusion and sense things and events that they do not actually exist, or negative illusions , in which they do not feelthe thingsthey usually feel. Because hypnosis can cause analgesia, researchers have been looking for physical neuropsychiatric mechanisms that relieve pain during hypnosis. The role of endorphin release has been remarkable. In hypnosis, analgesia uses various techniques to relieve pain. In this study, the reduction of sexual dysfunction in women was achieved by reinforcing Ego and accepting it and inducing analgesia with the key.
