THE SECOND PAINLEVE EQUATION, ITS HIERARCHY AND ASSOCIATED SPECIAL POLYNOMIALS

In this paper we are concerned with hierarchies of rational solutions and associated polynomials for the second Painleve equation (Pu) and the equations in the Pu hierarchy and show that these rational solutions of Pu are expressible as the logarithmic derivative of special polynomials, the yablonskii-vorobev polinomials. further, the structure of the roots of these polynomials is studied nd it is shown that these have a lighly reqular trianqular structure.
