چکیده مقاله:

The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between job security and the corporate commitment of the staff in Bank Sepah branches of Kerman province . The number of the staff is 631 and sampling method used in this study is stratified random sampling and proportional to the population size and also the sample obtained in this study includes 241 cases. Two questionnaires have been used to collect data and for statistical analysis of assumptions, Pearson and Spearman correlations and stepwise regression were exploited. There is a significant relationship between corporate commitment and job security based on the results of the correlation test, and since the correlation coefficients calculated are positive, they indicate a direct correlation between the two variables meaning that by increasing job security, corporate commitment will increase too
