چکیده مقاله:

The age of Iranian oil and gas industries is close to a century with almost zero participation in international market. Besides selling raw oil and in a few cases of selling petrochemical products, it has not seen any endeavor of Iranian oil and gas companies to show up in international competition. In recent years, amazing and quick technical grow up of Iranian oil and gas companies, makes the right time to create a safe and strategic road map to launch in international market. In order to enter the tough and dangerous international competition is necessary to understand the importance of having strong, well-designed and well-developed strategy for international market. In this paper and based on reality, it has been tried to improve the knowledge of developing international market strategy, to understand the importance of strategy and to suggest plan for compensating the individual finacial and technical weaknesses of Iranian oil and gas companies to reach the final comprehensive strategy. The suggested strategy for entering international market is domestic merger and acquisition which will be described in detail
