چکیده مقاله:
The research aims to examine the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employees job performance, with emphasis on the role of mediator of innovative work behavior. This descriptive research employe correlation analysis as its research plan. The statistical population of this research includes employees and supervisors of three active companies in the field of pharmaceutical industry (Jaber Ebne Hayyan Pharmaceutical Company, Alborzdarou Pharmaceutical Company, and Cosar Pharmaceutical Company). The total population of the research population is 754 people, 254 subjects have been involved in the research. The research measurement tools are Kristof-Brown’s Person-Job Scale (2005), Chatman’s Person-organization Questionnaire (1989), and DeRue and Morgeson’s employees’ job performance Questionnaire (2007). Findings of the research suggest that person-job fit, innovative work behavior, person-organization fit, and innovation trust influence on employees’ job performance.
