چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder caused by the production of antibodies against acetylcholine receptors at the site of nerve attachment to the muscle. The production site of these antibodies is in the thymus gland. There are several types of therapies for this disorder, one of which is a thymectomy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of tele-robot use in thymectomy surgery.Materials and Method: This systematic review was analyzed by searching for a wide range of websites, valid publications, scopus, SIDs, ISCs and Google Scholar search engine and related books in this field. To search Key words: Thymectomy surgery, Da Vinci tele robot , Myasthenia gravis disease and their combination were used. The time period 2019-2015 was considered for the selection of articles. The articles were found in about 110 articles, of which about 41 papers were included in the study, and then these articles were evaluated in terms of title, abstract and full text. After removing repetitive and unrelated, about 21 articles related to research were selected. Results: The results of the research showed that the use of tele-robots called Da Vinci in a surgical operation is a safe, accurate and effective method for surgeons and then patients. By providing accurate 3D images of the site for the surgeon and The lack of vibration of the surgeon s hands during surgery and the reduced risk of long-term hospitalization and inferiority in the hospital, thereby reducing the risk of infection and bleeding in the area, as well as reducing the consumption of consumable medications, including long-term steroids. Conclusion: What is important in using tele robots as a minimally invasive approach is to increase the skills of surgeons to use robots more robustly and to strengthen the infrastructure, and also to allocate sufficient costs and, consequently, to use a method that reduces the disadvantages and Further studies and studies on the use of this method are needed
