چکیده مقاله:

As the most abundant human plasma protein, human serum albumin (HSA) has numerous functions including regulation of colloid osmotic pressure and transport of various endogenous ligands throughout the circulation. HSA also binds a wide variety of drug molecules and is an important factor in determining drug pharmacoki-netics including distribution and elimination. Dichlorvos, a dimethyl organophosphorous compound, has been classified by World Health Organization (WHO) as Class IB (highly hazardous) pesticide. It is toxic on inhalation, dermal absorption and ingestion. It acts by competitive inhibition of pseudocholinesterase and acetylcholines-terase enzymes. In this study, we reported our studies on the interaction of human serum albumin with dichlor-vos. The ‘phase diagram’ method of fluorescence is an extremely sensitive technique for the accurate detection of unfolding/refolding intermediates of proteins Mansour method to evaluate the intermediate phase diagram of human serum albumin was examined straight line, which indicates that there is no intermediate to complex. If the phase diagram charts become the normal mode without intermediate is open for inline seen. And if there are intermediate graph linear mode is removed and each line of a medium. The results of this article can be used to find ways to reduce the free concentration of Dichlorvos in the blood
