Pasteurella Multocida is a negative gram pathogenic bacteria that causative agent of many disease in animal and man. Pasteurellosis one of the most common infections to sheep that promotes weight loss and cause to death many of them and fowl cholera is important disease in birds that these diseases agent economic damage en-tered into the livestock industry. Different virulence factors of P.multocida have been introduced that LPS have important role in virulence of the organism. For perform molecular typing, DNA extraction done with use of boiling method of each bacterial isolate culture and genotyping done on 32 ovine isolates and 30 avian isolates by PCR with use of specific primers for LPS genotyping experiments. The 32 isolates only 10 isolates containL3 genotype (%31.25) and other isolates lacking this genotypes in against, of avian isolates 18 isolates contain L1 genotype (%60), 4isolates contain L2 genotype (%13.32), 5 isolates contain L3 genotype(%16.66), 2 isolates contain every three genotypes L1, L2, L3 (%6.66), 1 isolates contain every two genotype L2, L3 (%3.33).from 4 genotype, ovine isolates only contain L3 genotype in against, avian isolates contain L1, L2, L3 genotypes. Distri-bution of LPS genotypes is different based host type, some genotypes such as L1,L2 genotypes were found only in avian and some genotypes such L3 were common between each two host type.
