lipase biocatalysts are important reactions in aqueous medium and the valuable time doing non-aqueous en-vironment. Among the lipases of plant, animal and microbial microbial lipases are most widely used. Because germs can easily be cultured and lipases derived from them can easily range of hydrolytic and synthetic reac-tions they catalyze. Lipase in the broad fields of Biotechnology, especially dairy (cheese ripening, improvement and development of flavor, enzyme modified cheese production EMC), detergents, drugs (ibuprofen, naprox-en), chemicals, agriculture (pesticides, insecticides ) and oil chemistry (hydrolysis of fats and oils, synthetic bio-surfactant) are used. And in the coming years in many new fields will be used as a potential biocatalysts. Due to the low cost of extraction of fungal lipases, and resistance to pH and temperature, substrate selectivity and activity in organic solvents as compared to bacterial lipases used more. the sample was transferred to the me-dium of PDA and YGC. In this stage, 20 isolates had the ability to produce lipase.
