چکیده مقاله:

The nutritional value of sea cucumber lead to reproduced and development of these invertebrates in many parts of the world in recent years. So Health Study and parasitic infections of sea cucumbers seem necessary. in this study Holothuria scabra randomly fishing by diving from the pier of Hamoon (depth of 5 to 12 meters) on the island of Qeshm. They were live transferred to the laboratory and then recorded their bioinformation. After describing their Digestive tract, respiratory trees, gonads and colem of holothurians, they were examined for the presence of cestode. A total of 19 cestode from the digestive tract (8) and colem (11) were isolated from sea cucumbers.these Platyhelminthes belong to the order of Trypanorhyncha. not observed cestodes in gonads and respiratory trees.The results of this study and previous studies suggest that H. scabra are second intermediate host for the Trypanorhyncha. in this study cestodes has a parasitic relationship with the sea cucumbers and in large numbers can be dangerous for their host in closed environments culture. But do not cause damage to sea cucumber’s populations in the normal state. This Platyhelminthes is reported for the first time from iran and sea cucumber
