The Components of Intellectual Capital and Their Role on Improvement of Transformation Management

چکیده مقاله:

Some of the conditions of utilization of transformation management are the change of existing situation and use of new facilities and technologies. This affair needs proper cognition of environment. Aligned with this affair, intellectual capitals management and using of new knowledge can provide useful context. At current article, it has been attempted that the amount and manner of effectiveness of intellectual capital components (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) on the transformation management to be assessed by using of three hypotheses. The population used in this applicable research has included 230 persons of employees in Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah Branch that according to the Morgan sampling table, the information has been collected from 141 samples by using of Bontis questionnaire about intellectual capital and John Gutter and Peter Drucker questionnaire about organizational transformation. The calculated Cronbach s Alpha indicated that this tool has a good reliability. Collected data have been analyzed by using of Regression test. The obtained results indicated that there has been a meaningful relation between all factors of intellectual capital and transformation management and also the amount of effectiveness of these factors was specified respectively which are: 1-human capital, 2-relational capital, 3-structural capital.
