The Design of Resorts -Ecotourism and Spa with the Approach on Sustained Development

Nowadays, natural tourism with a cultural-welfare approach is one of the most important factors of area development, exchanging activity and nature regulator that causes social and economic development in a region. Cultural-tourism complexes, in turn, have a significant role in improving urban infrastructure and hence their effective design based on standards with a development approach, will have a significant impact on improving human life. On the other hand the development is considered as the evolution of the living and discovering methods of achieving evolutionary movement that balance social, economic and cultural phenomena and creates new conditions for social, cultural and economic mobility. Tourism aims to achieve such development; according to sustainable development planning, tourism infrastructure and activities that are subsequently carried out, should be based on environmental, social, cultural and economic sustainability criteria; It is therefore essential to create a proper relationship between cultural and tourism traits on the one hand and the other hand principles of sustainable development to achieve the locating tourism base criteria. There are attractions in the region Reineh that creates the need to establish a tourism, recreation and spa hydrotherapy complexes. On the other hand there are environmental problems and pollution caused by people and its physical and psychological consequences, makes the existence of medical centers, focusing on the potential treatment benefits of natural land of Iran as an essential matter to design. Centers that can provide an opportunity for citizens to use the natural endowment resources of their land to improve mind and body. The aim of this study is to achieve sustainable development patterns in design of tourist complexes and improving the quality of people s life and identifying the strengths and capabilities of intended site to identify and analyze the issues raised in the research. Hence in order to achieve the required information for research, analytical methods and field studies are used to analysis the site and biological sampling in order to achieve its design pattern as well
