چکیده مقاله:

Today, the growth of high-rise buildings due to the characteristics of its features beside the positive effects of threats, are associated with some threats. Given that the strengths and weaknesses in the design of high-rise towers and its spatial physical elements have a direct impact on human behavioral and structural sciences, so the task is extremely sensitive to the architects by providing useful solutions, the least harm to the soul and the human body will enter. In the present article, the research goal will be to study on samples of towers in the world in order to achieve the recognition of physical and spatial elements to study human-level and ergonomic studies. The research method in this study is analytical-descriptive and data collection tool is a library. Therefore, this paper, based on tables, analyzing geometry, the form and how to use air conditioning and lighting in the multipurpose towers of the world. The results of this research show that cubic geometric forms are one of the case examples, in terms of having a human scale and being symmetrical in the facade and structure and in terms of visual and psychological impact as well as useful behaviors
