چکیده مقاله:
A boron nitride nanotube, made of boron and nitrogen. BNNT have some structures, different length, solidity and kind of layers. In this investigation we used two kinds of BNNTs. Ga-dopped BNNT and phenol attached to Ga-BNNT. We measured nuclear magnetic resonance with DFT methods for two samples. Nitrogen atoms attached to the Gallium spectrum indicate that significant changes are observed in the NMR. (figure 1,2) This results indicates Nitrogen atoms that are connected directly to the Gallium, ICS increased but ACS declined. Therefore, the considered indicate that the high activity of the Nitrogen atoms.
