Determination of Mthotrexate with Ag nano particles by uv-vis spectrophotometer

One of the major challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry today is finding new ways to increase productivity, decrease costs whilst still ultimately developing new therapies that enhance human health. This article describes a simple and fast uv-vis spectrophotometery method for the determination of methotrexate (MTX) in blood plasma and Urine. Plasma was deproteinized with trichloroaceticacid and then spiked to the main solution.The optimum of condition for pH ,amount of Ag nano particle and Mthotrexate ,ionic strength,kind and amount of bafer were investigated. the method showed good precision and accuracy (mean RSD 0.9%; for MTX linear range from 100 to 1500 ng per gr).
