Effect of electromagnetic with high Radio frequency Radiation Emitted from GSM mobile simulator (EMFs) on the activities of germination and antioxidant exzymes of zea mays L. in laboratory were investigated compared with control groups. Three groups of cultured zea mays seedling were used in this study. The seed in the first group were only exposed to RF radiation emitted from mobile phone simulator. The second group was only exposed to RF Radiation emitted from mobile phone simulator when it is switch off. and the third group was control. 20 Corn seeds of MV 524 Maxima ( from MTA Martonvasar Agricultural institute ) were germinated in Petri dishes for three days in laboratory. The treatment groups were compared with the control group for germination and CAT activity. Data obtained showed that electromagnetic fields from GSM simulator the level of germination exposed to 900 MHz (EMF) was significantly higher than those of the control group in expriment. The level of ROS production in the root was quantified by the Spectrophotometry(SPEKOL1500). Increased the activity of catalase enzyme by EMF compared with those of the controle.
