Live in box: Pulmonary Artesia with intact septum and borderline RV cavity

One month neonate refers due to cyanosis, in echocardiography. Had pulmonary Artesia with intact ventricular septum, moderate size ASD, and tricuspid Z score -3, valve perforation was performed by wire perforation and gradual balloon dilation, PDA was good size. In follow up moderate PU developed and RV outflow tract was dilated but inlet part of RV had no growth, balloon angioplasty of tricuspid and pulmonary again performed at 6 month old. In 9 month old tricuspid Z score-4 was moderate TR and dysplasia RV cavity yet.
