چکیده مقاله:

In the present study, the Brassica rapa root has been used for fabricating of the Ag nanoparticles. The bio-synthesized Ag nanoparticles in the presence of the different values of the Brassica rapa root extract, was characterized by applying of the Fourier transform IR spectroscopy; and also, the X–Ray diffraction, FE–SEM and TEM methods were used to morphological investigation of their crystalline structure. The Staphyloccocus aureus and Bacillus Cereus as gram positive–; and Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli as gram negative– bacteria were utilized to evaluation of the Ag nanoparticles antibacterial activity. The results present that by increasing of the root extract of Brassica rappa concentrations, the Ag nanoparticles achieves with smaller sizes. The antimicrobial activity of green synthesized Ag nanoparticles is more effectiveness than its Ag ions. Applying of this synthesizes procedure with low cost, short time and safety advantages, emphasizes using of this method and continuing of the broad study in this area.
