چکیده مقاله:

Diabetes and its complications have infected a large number of people around the world. In spite of medical and surgical progress in recent decades, problems have occurred the cause of diabetes, which is one of the most important chronic complications of diabetes, continues it remains a health problem. Wound healing applications like scaffolds are been improved by several methods that 3D-Printing is one of the best ways for producing. These are designed to mimic the extra cellular matrix (ECM) by providing structural support as well as promoting attachment, proliferation and differentiation with the ultimate goal of yielding functional tissues. Utilizing three-dimensional printing (3DP) technologies, ECM-like scaffolds can be produced with a high degree of complexity and precision, where fine details can be included at a micron level. In this research, at the first, we synthesize bio-active glasses that called SiO2-CaO-P2O5 and after that we examine bio-composition of polycaprolactone(PCL) / gelatin / bioactive glasses / zinc oxide (ZnO) that producing with 3D-printing and affection of that on regeneration diabetic wounds.
