چکیده مقاله:
The goal of this paper is to review the role of workplace spirituality in job satisfaction among teachers. Teacher is the fundamental factor for educational goals achievement; he/she should be in a good and continually attention in order to achieve organizational goals. There are many teachers who don’t have sense of consent with their job. It is thought that this situation is in relation with workplace spirituality. As such, todays workplace spirituality is receiving more attention among researchers, academician and business professionals ( Manu Gupta ,2013) . Originally, the emergence of this new concept in the workplace goes to Greenleaf(1991) . According to Ian Mitroff (1998) workplace spirituality is the desire to find ultimate purpose in life, and to live accordingly. One of the efficient affairs is to make a sense of job satisfaction among teachers .The research of job satisfaction which was conducted by Shan (1998) indicated that teacher job satisfaction is a predictor of teacher retention ,a determinate of teacher commitment ,and in turn a contributor to school effectiveness. Houman (2002) stated that job satisfaction is an important factor to increase sense of belonging and attachment to workplace.
