چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this was study to investigate the relationship between strategic human resources management and organization of meta- analysis in an educational organization. Therefore, strategic management was the dependent variable and learning organizations was examined as the independent variable. The research in terms of type of target, is an applied research and research’s method is descriptive and correlational. The Research is done in three statistical communities (Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences, including 80 people in the form of census as a symbol of public universities in Iran and Islamic Azad University of Sabzevar Branch, Overall 177 people Sample 122 people. As a symbol of Iranian NGOs and Sabzevar Shahid Divandari technical school with 97 people in the form of census as a symbol of education and training centers in Iran). To estimate the sample size in this study was a stratified approach to volume ratio (based on the table of Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) were used. Measuring instrument in order to Strategy questionnaire Based on the Telos questionnaire (2001) including 5 questions and And the Questionnaire for Learning Organization. Based on Peter Senge’s model including 30 questions and every 5 questions based on Likert scale. As well as Questionnaire’s reliability was evaluated with the help of Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis method of descriptive and inferential statistics is used. Results of the study with 95% confidence (Level a=0/05) shows that there is a significant relationship between Organizational strategy and learning organizations in the Educational organizations.
