چکیده مقاله:
این مقاله بیان میدارد که رهبری یک فرایند توسعه ای است که اساس آن انتخاب یکی از حالتهای رهبرمی باشد اگرچه تلویحا دو گزینه خوب همیشه در دسترس بوده که هرکدام از آنها را می توان انتخاب کرد
