Studying relationship between spiritual leadership with organizational health with mediator role of professional morality of social security organization staff, Guilan province - Rasht central

The goal of the current research is studying the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational health with mediating role of professional morality of social utility organization staff in Guilan province-Rasht center. Population of this research is all staff of social security organization in Guilan province-Rasht center whose number is 300 people. The applied approach for sampling is simple random sampling and Morgan table was used for determining sample size. According to this table, the sample size is 169. The current research has been conducted in two theoretical and practical sections which in the theoretical section, the required information was obtained by library and documentary method and in practical section, standard questionnaires was used for data collection by field approach which their reliability level exceeds 0.7. data analysis was done by SPSS 20 and Lisrel and the results suggest that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational health with mediating role of professional morality of social security organization staff in Guilan province – Rasht center
