چکیده مقاله:

CD49 is one of the most important markers in the spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs). There are many roles for this marker. We can use CD49 especially in sorting SSCs. CD49 is expressed in all types of germline cells, but it has been seen in somatic cells as well. It is shown in many articles regarding the important role of CD49 that it can be used as a main marker in SSCs sorting. In this article, we tested the importance of CD49 in human testis for organizing the colonies of CD49 producing cells, with using various methods; such as immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry; results are accessible in some pictures. CD49 producing cells are available in different colors in DAPI staining and fluorescence methods. After the isolation of CD49 expressing cells, they are cultured on a feeder layer. This layer helps cells to produce the colonies and have a better growth rate. Now, these newborn cells can express CD49 after 15 days; In conclusion, CD49 is one of the factors that we can depend on for organizing new SSCs.
