چکیده مقاله:
Newcastle disease is a contagious and fatal pathogen capable of producing a devastating disease in poultry and wild bird with severe economic consequences. Based on former researches, various type of virus frequently reported in all around the world especially in Iran. In current study, all F protein amino acid sequences of NDV strains that were isolates from Iran up to now was compiled and analyzed. Our results showed that two heptad repeat, HRA and HRB, in which showed high amino acid sequences similarity in each structure. Furthermore, fusion peptide analyzing in all F protein sequences was revealed at least in one amino acid variation among virulent strains and isolates. Resembling of virulent virus, fusion peptide have been had less fluctuation in avirulent virus. In addition, cleavage site of F protein sequences was proposed as significant determinate in pathogenicity. The Most isolates were classified as virulent virus. Profiles of N-glycosylation site presented just two strains have one more N-glycosylation site at position 497. Similar disulfide-binding bond profile was observed in all NDV isolates. These results emphasize that F protein mostly contains conserved amino acid sequences. To gain more knowledge accordance in monitoring of NDVs in all reported strains and isolated in Iran help us to identify development of virus and choose suitable vaccine for controlling.
