چکیده مقاله:

Building energy simulation is important to study energy efficiency in intelligent buildings. There are different methods of control that are utilized on heating and cooling systems. Three different control systems designed and simulated in this paper with energy saving approach. First one is a system with traditional method for heating and cooling. In this method we designed a system with a constant coefficient to prepare enough power for desired temperature. The second one is a system that is designed to work with a new method for heating and cooling. In this method we used an algorithm to calculate compensation coefficient that is used as a power of heating and cooling system. In the third method we have described a fuzzy based method to find an optimized condition of heating and cooling system with lots of flexibilities. We have prepared same conditions for all methods to compare their benefits or drawbacks. All the simulations have been done by MATLAB and Fuzzy Logic toolbox. Moreover we compared these two methods with each other to show that the Second method is better in aspect of energy saving.
