In this research, the relationship between mechanical and physical properties of produced wood-plastic composites has been investigated. Physical properties include density, polymeric matrix crystalinity and complex viscosity. At the first stage of production, WPC granules are produced via three methods. The first method was to palletize strands of WPC, the second was to grind 15 mm produced profiles to granules and the third one was to produce WPC without die and then grinding the output product to granules. The second stage was to use these granules; to produce cylindrical profiles. Results showed that polymeric matrix crystallinity has no effect on the strength of WPC profiles; whereas, the density and especially complex viscosity amounts have significant effect on the final product strength.
