چکیده مقاله:
In order to be competitive in global market no matter what industry you are in, regardless of what product you are producing or what service you are providing, one statement holds true for almost everyone. Competition is of serious concern. New products and services are being introduced daily. They are of higher quality, provide more value,. Suppliers must therefore continually improve the product or service they are providing. While competitive pressure is driving the need to improve products and services, there is also internal pressure to improve profitability and operational performance. With pressure on all fronts, the need for continuous improvement has never been greater than it is in today‘s world.. There are any
continuous improvement tools and techniques available. These tools can help us reduce variation, eliminate defects, reduce waste, and increase flexibility. With such a wide range of choices, choosing the proper continuous improvement tool is extremely important. . This paper introduces the theory and application of “TOC” and Little ‘s Law as a highly effective system improvement tool. It looks at both as a combination from different perspective and its application in today industry .It is based on literatures and case studies available from different sources.
