Level Of Satisfaction Of Green Spaces In Residential Complexes And Its Impact On Residents Social Interactions (Case Study: Three Residential Complexes In Bandar-Abbas)

Due to the growth of urbanization in Iran in the recent decades, the way buildings are designed and built is altered and mass building of houses is a must. As a consequence, the quality of designs has been decreased, and human psychological effects are ignored. So, the residential landscaping and green spaces is more important than before, according to the quality of buildings. In this paper, the effect of residential landscaping and green spaces as an important factor in the society and human psychology has been studied. Multiple factors in human social behavior have been assumed and the results have been analyzed and compared with the size of three different residential complex landscaping areas in Bandar-Abbas by using surveys. This paper concludes that the size of residential landscaping and green space is related to the desire to establish a relation with other people and social interactions, however, they can be affected by different factors and the way a modern human is living.
